The IPC Leaders in China have the following opinions after doing their research and analysis about IPC Business as a whole :-

1. With regards to IPC's reliability and integrity, IPC was established in 2001 and has been in the market internationally for 6 years, and is still running OK.

2. In Malaysia, IPC is quite well-established in terms of network, infrastructure, hardware, software (system), and has won awards and recognitions, and has recently introduced products with IPC Brand ! In China, IPC is still at its infancy stage whereby many people still do not understand its business concept, and IPC is not well recognised yet (However, China is a big country with very huge population for development).

3. Anyway, the most important point is that the China Government have investigated and scrutinized the background, integrity, legality and potential of IPC before giving the approval for IPC to operate in China, as well as to form the strategic alliance with the highly respected China Public Relation Association (CPRA).

4. IPC is still actively operated in China :-

a. IPC has held 2 Grand Meetings with the CPRA in Beijing at the Great Hall of People

in order to build the corporate image in China.

b. IPC has organised Training Programs for IPC members in Beijing,

Hubei and other big cities in China.

c. IPC has set up a Concept Shop in Hubei, China.

d. IPC's Concept Shop in Guangdong's Shopping Complex

is currently under renovation and will be launched soon.

e. IPC has bought over an Insurance Company in Beijing.

f. IPC has also formed a Strategic Alliance with the Boss Ezyrun

(a Taiwanese Public Listed Company) to cooperate in the

Card Payment System worldwide.

g. IPC is in the progress of going public in China.

h. Like any other business, IPC is still solving its teething problems in China

(especially in Shanghai and Yunnan whereby the people perceived

(or misunderstood) IPC as a Get Rich Quick Scheme).

i. In China, IPC is doing what is right and for the long term benefits

(to be a going concern) of all parties, it is no point doing something which is fast

but is wrong and illegal.

The Company has to take care of its integrity and reliability which is for the benefits of its members and merchants as well as the Strategic Alliance with the China Public Relation Association (who is answerable to the Government of China) !

New Improved Plans....

There are a few changes made to our marketing plans.

The main purpose these plans are implemented is to speed up our plan b placement and as well as to emphasize on our main objectives... discounts, merchats and loyalty.

Part 1
Reserve Pin

In the past, we would have to wait for our reserve pin value to reach 168RP before we can add a new unit. Starting very soon (supposed on the 15th June), we only need 60RP in our reserve pin account to top up a new unit.

For members who top up with 60RP, there won't be any plan A and Plan C bonus awarded. The 60RP would be used to pay all for plan B at 4EP per level X 15 Level.

Plan B - Our existing plan B would goes on as usual except that maybe it would be faster because now we only need 60RP to add new units.

Dahulu kita kena tunggu sehingga reserve pin kita sampai 168 dahulu sebelum boleh tambah unit baru (5% punya), sekarang kita hanya memerlukan 60 sahaja untuk menambah 1 unit yang baru dari akaun reserve kita.
Untuk ahli-ahli yang menambah 1 unit daripada reserve account ini, kita tidak akan dapat matching dan sponsor bonus berserta dengan Plan C bonus. Maknanya reserve pin kita hanya akan digunakan untuk Plan B sahaja.

Part 2
Merchants Plan

New members pay 1168. Existing members pay 1000.Members and non-members are invited to join our IPC merchant's plan as a merchant. The requirement is that you must sell an item at IPC's website and contribute a percentage of discounts for IPC.

Members who join this plan would get...

Plan B - 2 units would be added to our Plan B placement.
Plan B1 - 2 units would be added to a new Plan B1 autoplacement (new).
This is similar to our old plan B except that each unit pays 10EP till 13th level. (total 163,840EP).

Introducers benefits -Introducer would get 1% of the total profits generated by IPC members.Introducer would get 80Ep introducer fee per merchant.

Ahli baru - 1168, ahli lama - 1000.Ahli-ahli dan juga bukan ahli dijemput untuk menjadi merchant IPC. Yuran keahlian hanyalah 1000 dan anda perlu mempunyai produk untuk dijual secara online pada peringkat pertama. Anda akan menerima iklan percuma dari IPC selama 1 tahun.

Plan B - 2 unit baru akan diberi kepada anda untuk Plan B.
Plan B1 - 2 unit baru akan diberi pada plan auto placement berasingan Plan B1.

Cara plan B1 ini adalah sama dengan Plan B lama kita kecuali setiap unit akan membayar anda 10EP dan dibayar sehingga tahap 13. (jumlah lebih kurang 168K) Plan ini akan mempunyai 27% potongan juga.

Part 3
New Plan D

It is an extra plan for all IPC members.Plan D - Plan D will goes on as usual.

Plan D1
- You would get 0.1% of your total downlines spending online with IPC Shopping up to the 10th Level.
Plan D2
- Every new merchants you register - 5EP would be given as Plan D2 bonus 10 levels up. So your downlines look for merchants you will earn too.

Plan D3
- You will get 0.1% (10 Levels) of the the total cash withdrawal your downlines made using their new debit card. Everytime they withdraw money you would earn extra.Thank you very much, do contact your uplines for more info should you have any further enquiries. If your upline also don't know, please force him or her to get to know.

Plan D - Plan D adalah seperi biasa.

Plan D1
- Setiap kali downline anda transfer EP mereka ke debit kad baru kita, anda akan mendapat 0.1% dari jumlah yang dikeluarkan mereka semasa pengeluaran ataupun belian.

Plan D2
- Untuk setiap merchant baru yang kamu ataupun downline kamu cari, sebanyak 5EP akan dibayar untuk 10 level

Income Plan

4 Residual Income Plan With IPC

Plan A (Referring/Pairing Bonus)

Just refer a friend or family to start earning with IPC immediately. For every unit that you personally refer IPC would pay you RM15.00. Once you have a unit on your left and your right, IPC would pay you a pairing bonus of RM10.00. For every pair of unit you referred, IPC would pay you RM40.00 (15+15+10).

Imagine if you could just sponsor 6 units a day, you would earn an extra RM3600 a month and this is possible once we launched as more and more will join as they get more aware of us. Get in fast!!!

Plan B (Do Nothing And Earn Plan)

1 Unit = RM65,528 Return Of Investment

3 Units = RM196,584 Return Of Investment

7 Units = RM458,696

Return Of InvestmentHow this works is that for every new members who joined after you would be placed below you in our world chart. And this is a very large chart indeed.

Each and every one of them would pay you RM4 each till the 13th level below you.

The level below you will get bigger as it gets more deep.

All the members to be placed below you would be done automatically by computer and you do not have to look for them yourself. Everything would be done even if you do not even sponsor 1 single person. But in order to receive the full amount of RM262,136, you must refer 2 person to join.

If you only managed to refer 1 person, you will only get 75% of the total amount. Let's say that you did not even manage to sponsor 1 single person, you will still get paid, but only 50% of the total amount.

So imagine that if you joined with 3 units, you would be in the running to receive back RM393,204 or RM786,408 just by being a member and nothing more.

But as more and more new members join, it would take more time to fill the spaces below you so what are you still waiting for?

Plan C (World Pool Bonus)

This is actually a bonus from IPC for members who works their back off recruitting new members. But only Gold members are eligible for this plan. If you joined with 3 units in October, you would get 1 point.

Let's say in the same month you referred A who bought 3 units, you get another point, Then again in the same month you referred B who bought 3 units, you get another point. So in October you would have collected 3 points.

IPC would take the total sales of units in October, multiply it by RM4 and divide it by the number of points collected by eligible members for that month.

For example the total units sold = 100,000 units

Total points collected = 10,000 points

IPC would pay RM4 each unit = 100,000 X RM4

IPC divide with total points = RM400,000 / 10,000

Total per point = RM40.00/point

So if you have 3 points for this month you would have earned an extra RM120.00

Plan D (They Shop You Earn)

Each time all the members below you no matter who put them there uses their IPC Shopping Services to shop or pay for bills, you will automatically earn 0.1% of their total spending. In fact you will earn from them up to 10 levels deep. Let's say you referred only 2 members and they in return referred 2 members each till the 10th level, you would have 2046 members below you. And if each of them spends an average of RM500 per month for shopping and bills, you would earn an extra RM2,046 per month. Imagine if you got more members or if they shopped more. My Handphone bills only per month is about RM350.00. Imagine....

EarningsAll your earnings with IPC would initially be credited into your online account. You may manage your account by going to http://www.em-pay.com/ or by clicking on the link below this page. From there you may choose to withdraw your earnings in any of the following methods.

a) Maybank Account : You may transfer all your earnings into your Maybank Account. We currently only accept Maybank.

b) IPC VISA Debit Card : You may transfer all your earnings into your debit card and subsequently use it anywhere which accepts VISA Electron or withdraw money through any ATM which accepts VISA transactions.

c) i-Wallet : You can use your earnings to pay your bills through our i-wallet service using your handphone.d) Or... use your earnings to buy more units for yourself. You can also use the money in your account to buy activation pin from em-pay.com to register new members under you.

From July onwards,

Plan C World Pool will be changed to Merchant Pool, at the same time, Plan B has some changes, now every Member Units are entitled for 100% bonus even he/she does not sponsor any downline. Cheers.

All 5% reserved bonus will be used for auto placement, the accumulated reserved bonus from all members around the world be placed in Plan B every end of the month. Members do not need to claim the reserved bonus anymore.

Income Plan - In Bahasa Malaysia

Syarikat menawarkan 4 jenis bonus dan insentif iaitu Plan A, Plan B, Plan C dan juga Plan D.

PLAN A (PLAN AKTIF)

a) BONUS TAJAAN TERUSSetiap tajaan terus, anda diberikan bonus sebanyak RM 15.00 untuk setiap lot.


Contoh 1 :

Jika anda menaja seorang dan daftar sebanyak 1 lot anda diberikan bonus RM 15.00Contoh 2 :Jika anda menaja seorang dan daftar sebanyak 3 lot atas USER ID yang sama, anda diberikan bonus sebanyak RM 15.00 X 3 = RM 45.00


b) BONUS PASANGAN (Pairing Bonus)Setiap pasangan yang berlaku pada rangkaian anda, anda akan diberikan bonus pasangan sebanyak RM 10.00


Contoh :

Jika dibawah rangkaian anda terdapat 1 lot dikiri dan 1 lot dikanan, anda sudah layak untuk memperolehi RM10.00.


Tidak kira bagaimana susunan rangkaian anda, pasangan akan dikira secara automatik berapa dikiri dan berapa dikanan. Bonus pasangan akan dibayar maksima 20 pasangan pada setiap hari iaitu RM 200.00 setiap lot. Jika 3 lot anda akan dapat RM600.00.

PLAN B (Auto-Placement - diisi oleh syarikat)


Tidak kira dimana anda mendaftar samaada dalam negara atau luar negara, EM-PAY ada satu program yang dinamakan AUTO PLACEMENT (sila rujuk jadual) dimana melalui program ini secara automatik ahli-ahli akan disusun dalam bentuk susunan force matrix gandaan dua sehingga 15 level dari bilangan ahli yang berdaftar dari seluruh dunia. Setiap ahli yang disusun melalui program ini akan diberikan ganjaran sebanyak RM 4.00 dan bila sudah cukup ke tahap 15 level, jumlah keseluruhan ganjaran yang anda terima adalah sebanyak RM 262,136.00. Ganjaran ini adalah hasil dari pembahagian keuntungan secara Mudhrabah.



JADUAL AUTO-PLACEMENT PLAN B
Secara realitinya anda tidaklah perlu menunggu sehingga 15 level untuk mendapat ganjaran tersebut, tetapi anda akan dibayar ganjaran ini pada setiap sebulan bergantung kepada bilangan ahli yang telah disusun pada bulan tersebut. Dalam program ini, walau pun anda seorang ahli yang pasif, anda juga layak menerimanya dengan syarat yang paling minima.
Senario 1Jika anda mendaftar 1 lot, dan berjaya menaja 2 orang, anda layak menerima 100% dari jumlah RM 262,136.00.
Senario 2Jika anda mendaftar 1 lot, dan berjaya menaja 1 orang, anda layak menerima 75% dari jumlah RM 262,136.00 iaitu RM 196,602.00
Senario 3Jika anda mendaftar 1 lot , tapi gagal menaja walaupun seorang dalam program ini, anda layak menerima 50% dari jumlah RM262,136.00 atau RM 131,068.00

Contoh 1 :
Andaian anda adalah seorang ahli yang pasif tetapi daftar sebanyak 3 lot atas nama User ID yang sama. Untuk akaun pertama anda layak menerima 100% manakala akaun kedua dan ketiga anda layak menerima 50% setiap akaun. Ini bermakna anda layak menerima ganjaran 200% X RM 262,136.00 iaitu RM 524,272.00.

Contoh 2 :
Andaian anda adalah seorang ahli yang pasif, tetapi daftar sebanyak 1 lot, anda layak menerima ganjaran 50% X RM 262,136.00 iaitu RM 131,068.00.

Jika anda ingin menjadi ahli yang pasif, anda dinasihatkan mendaftarlah sebanyak 3 lot sebab perbezaan ganjarannya sangat besar iaitu RM 393,204.00.

Setiap kali anda menerima ganjaran dari program ini, 5% akan di potong dari ganjaran anda dan di masukkan dalam reserve fund (macam EPF).

Bila jumlahnya mencecah RM 168, anda akan di berikan 1 lot baru. Ini bermakna jika setiap pusingan 15 level,

RM 262,136.00 x 5% = RM 13,107.00
RM 13,107.00 = 78 lot baru
RM 168

Dengan adanya 78 lot baru ini, program EM-PAY boleh melahirkan anda sebagai JUTAWAN BARU.

78 lot X RM 262,136.00 = RM 20,446,608.00

PLAN C (PROGRAM E-MERCHANT)

Plan C adalah bonus pemasaran untuk ahli yang membuat belian 3 lot ke atas sahaja.
BONUS WORLD POOL

Untuk melayakkan anda mendapat bonus world pool, anda disyaratkan membeli 3 lot pada hari yang sama dengan menggunakan USER ID yang sama. Anda akan mendapat 1 Point bagi belian 3 lot tersebut. Setiap tajaan terus anda yang daftar sebanyak 3 lot, anda juga layak dapat 1 point.
Kiraan bonus ini dikira berdasarkan berapa jumlah lot yang didaftarkan dari seluruh dunia lalu di bahagikan kepada berapa jumlah point yang layak menerima bonus dalam bulan semasa.

Contoh Pengiraan :
Bagi setiap lot yang dijual, 4MP akan dimasukkan dalam World Pool pada setiap bulan. Jika keseluruhan jual diseluruh dunia adalah 2,000,000 bermakna :
2,000,000 X 4 MP = 8,000,000 disediakan untuk dibahagi kepada E-Merchant yang dapat menjual 3 lot dan ke atas.

Sekiranya terdapat 10,000 Gold Membership (3 lot dan ke atas) dijual, anda akan menerima bonus World Pool pada bulan itu sebanyak:
8,000,000/10,000 X 3 = 2,400

Plan D (Ahli Membeli, Anda Dapat Duit)
Setiap kali ahli-ahli IPC di bawah anda menggunakan khidmat IPC untuk mendapat diskaun, membeli-belah ataupun untuk membayar bil, anda secara automatik akan mendapat 0.1% daripada jumlah yang telah mereka belanjakan. Anda akan mendapat 0.1% daripada jumlah yang ahli-ahli dibawah kamu belanjakan sedalam 10 tahap dalam. Jadi sekiranya anda membawa 2 orang ahli baru ke dalam tahap 1 anda dan mereka ini mencari 2 orang ahli baru setiap seorang dan seterusnya. Anda akan mendapat seramai 2046 ahli di bawah anda.
Sekiranya setiap dari mereka membelanjakan secara purata RM500 setiap bulan untuk membeli-belah dan bil-bil utilisi, anda akan mendapat pendapatan sampingan sebanyak RM2,405 sebulan. Bayangkan jika anda mempunyai lebih ramai orang ahli dan mereka berbelanja lebih lagi. Tentu lebih banyak pendapatan sampingan andakan? Bil telefon saya pada tiap-tiap bulan sahaja pun sudah RM300. Dan oleh kerana khidmat yang ditawarkan oleh IPC adalah barang yang anda perlu seperti pakaian, makanan, minuman dan sebagainya, mereka pasti menggunakan khidmat IPC ini.

AUTO MAINTENANCE (Tabung Simpanan)
Apa yang istimewanya dengan EM-Pay adalah adanya auto maintenance di mana setiap kali anda menerima ganjaran dari program ini, 5% akan dipotong dari ganjaran anda dan dimasukkan dalam Tabung Simpanan. Bila jumlahnya mencecah RM 168, anda akan diberikan 1 lot baru. Ini bermakna jika setiap pusingan 15 level,
RM 262,136.00 X 5% = RM 13,107.00
RM 3,107.00 / RM 168.00 = Anda akan menerima 78 lot baru
Dengan adanya 78 lot baru ini, program EM-Pay boleh melahirkan anda sebagai JUTAWAN baru.
